Project Manager and Policy Advisor, GIZ Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Denise Andres is a project manager and policy advisor with GIZ since 2015, focusing on climate-friendly and energy-efficient technologies and frameworks. Her experience outside Germany focuses mostly on Southeast Asia, specifically Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. She is currently based in Bangkok, heading the policy component in the implementation of a NAMA (Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action) project in Thailand’s cooling sector. Denise holds an MSc in Environmental Policy and Management and is currently taking on a post-graduate certificate program in Environmental Economics at the SOAS University of London.
