Acting Program Manager, Department of Transport, Federated Start of Micronesia Profile / Bio Mr. Dayn Darin Lehsi is the Acting Program Manager for the Program Management Unit under the FSM Department of Transportation, Communications, and Infrastructure. The Program Management Unit oversees donor-funded infrastructure projects from partners such as ADB, World Bank, US Compact, and US Federal Aviation Administration. Before joining the PMU, Mr. Lehsi got his Master's of Civil Engineering degree from Hokkaido University in Japan and Bachelor's of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Illinois in the US.
