Damdin Dagvadorj is the founder and Managing Director of the Climate Change Development Academy, a non-profit and independent research and consultancy organization. Damdin's background is in meteorology and computer programming, and is experienced in the field of environmental issues, Ecosystem modelling and climate change. He worked for Mongolia's Ministry of Environment and Tourism and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in different senior positions. He is also a former Special Envoy on climate change of Mongolia from 2009 to 2015, and has been involved in numerous intergovernmental activities related to climate change issues.
