Dr. Coral Fernandez-Illescas is a civil and environmental engineer with experience in the water and sanitation sector and water resources management arena in international development (Asian Development Bank in Manila and Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC) and academia (Harvard University and Princeton University) since 1997.
Coral holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Environmental Engineering and Water Resources Program) from Princeton University, USA and an M.Eng. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Engineering and Medicine in London, United Kingdom.
Dr. Fernandez-Illescas left ADB in June 2021.
