Conrad Richardson

Conrad currently serves as Senior International Technical Advisor for the ASEAN-German Sustainable Mobility in Metropolitan Regions (SMMR) project and has professional experience spanning Southeast Asia, the Middle East, East Africa, and Europe. Specialising in shared and electric mobility, public and non-motorized transport (NMT), and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Conrad has worked with organisations including GIZ, PTV Group, ITDP, and the World Bank. He is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
