Senior Operations Officer, IFC Profile / Bio Chris Bleakley is a Senior Operations Officer with the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Transaction Advisory Service of the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Chris Bleakley is also the Hub Leader for IFC’s PPP transaction advisory services in the Pacific, Papua New Guinea, and Timor-Leste. He has broad experience across a range of sectors and countries, with a focus on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in aviation and maritime transport, telecommunications, power, and affordable housing. Chris joined IFC in 2010, having previously worked with the World Bank and Australian Government.
