Cho Dong-sung

Cho Dong-sung is Founding Dean of NeoHorizon School of Management in Dubai and Chair of the SDG Management School in Geneva. He founded WURI Foundation and serves as Honorary President of Hanseatic League of Universities. In Korea, he is Chair Professor at aSSIST University, Professor Emeritus at Seoul National University, and Honorary Consul of Finland. With a doctoral degree from Harvard Business School, he worked at BCG and Gulf Oil, He was Dean of SNU Business School and President of Incheon National University. He has published extensively and developed influential frameworks such as the SER-M Paradigm and the Nine-Factor Model.
