Charmaine is the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of NaturLoop, a Swiss green technology company pioneering Cocoboard, a 100% bio-based board made from coconut husk waste that offers a circular alternative to wood panels. She brings over 25 years of leadership experience in global health and international development with the Asian Development Bank and the United Nations, and through founding and leading several NGOs in the Philippines, including Gawad Kalinga, Yoga for Life, and the International Association for Human Values Foundation. She holds degrees from Yale University and the University of Amsterdam, as well as a certificate in Sustainability Strategies and the Green Economy from Singapore Management University, and serves as a trainer and board member with the Art of Living Foundation, supporting initiatives on mental health and resilience.
