Carsten Griese

Carsten Griese is a Project Manager at Kocks Ingenieure, a German engineering consulting firm. Working for more than 29 years on roads and other infrastructure projects, Carsten specializes in highway designs, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, bidding documents, and procurement. I have a thorough knowledge of the compilation of road inventories, condition assessment, categorization of roads, the definition of standards, procurement of works, and development of road maintenance and rehabilitation/improvement scenarios and strategies, both on engineering and costing principles. As Project Manager/Team Leader I have successfully implemented major infrastructure projects.
