Caroline Missen

Caroline is the Chief Sustainability and Growth Officer at Cultivo, a Public Benefit Corporation focused on regenerating land to healthy ecosystems. She has over 25 years general management and commercial experience based in London, Beijing, Washington D.C., and Melbourne across the energy, automotive and professional service sectors.

Prior to joining Cultivo, she was Chief of Staff to Shell’s Downstream Director and led an Executive Committee sponsored transformation programme supporting customers to decarbonize. Prior to this, she worked with Ford, industry associations in finance and communications, and co-founded a boutique winery. Caroline has a Science degree from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s in Marketing from Monash University.
