Profile / Bio:
Carlyne Yu is the Team Lead for Risk Knowledge Applications at RIMES. She is also the Project Director for RIMES' Component of the World Bank Climate Adaptation and Resilience (CARE) for the South Asia Project. She has more than 10 years of experience working in academe, with government agencies and NGOs, and the private sector in implementing programs and initiatives related to early warning, disaster risk reduction, and climate resilience. Carlyne's main area of interest is in using weather, water, and climate information and services for planning and decision-making in various sectors.
