Brad Richardson is the Head of Infrastructure at Palladium, with more than 30 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure programs across Australia, New Zealand, and the Indo-Pacific. He specialises in procurement strategy, project readiness and delivery assurance within complex government and donor-funded environments, and is actively supporting infrastructure programs across DFAT, AIFFP and multilateral development bank portfolios, including ADB and World Bank panels. Brad brings a practical consultant perspective on how early and meaningful market engagement can strengthen procurement outcomes and improve delivery confidence.
