Director, Department of Health Support Service, National Health Insurance Service, Republic of Korea Profile / Bio Director Kim Bo-young worked as a nursing officer at a military hospital for six years before joining the NHIS. She joined the NHIS in 2008 and performed long-term care duties for five years. She changed her serial in 2013 and conducted health counseling at the regional headquarters health counseling center, and since then she has performed various work. Since 2019, she has worked as a team leader in the Department of Health Management, the regional headquarters, and the Department of Insurance Benefits. Currently, as the Head of the Chronic Disease Business Division within the Department of Health Support Service, she is in charge of overseeing primary care chronic disease management and the operation of health support programs.
