Bianca Espino is the owner of Galatea Tours, a Department of Tourism-accredited tour operator based in General Luna, Siargao, providing tourism services across the island since 2015.

She holds a degree in Marine Biology from Silliman University and has extensive experience in marine conservation, wildlife management, environmental education, and sustainable tourism. Between 2000 and 2013, she held several roles at Ocean Adventure, including animal trainer and zookeeper, zoological operations manager, director for education and conservation, and director of its non-profit arm, Wildlife in Need Foundation.

Bianca is a founding member and active officer of the Philippine Marine Mammal Stranding Network (PMMSN), working with the Department of Agriculture–Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) and the University of the Philippines–Institute of Environmental Science and Meteorology (UP-IESM) on capacity building, emergency response, research, and repository development related to marine mammal strandings in the Philippines.

Since moving to Siargao in 2015, Bianca has served as an officer of the Siargao Tourism Operators Association (STOA), representing the organization in developmental programs and engagements with local, provincial, and national government agencies. From 2022 to 2024, she also served as Project Manager for Lokal Lab, where she led the development of Tropical Academy, Siargao's first eco-campus.
