Benedikt Signer

Benedikt Signer is CEO and Executive Director of the Southeast Asia Disaster Risk Insurance Facility (SEADRIF) Insurance Company. A MAS regulated insurer in Singapore, SEADRIF was established under an ASEAN+3 Finance Ministers’ mandate to expand insurance protection for vulnerable populations in ASEAN against disasters and climate risks. Previously, he spent over a decade at the World Bank growing the disaster risk finance agenda, leading both country programs and high-level policy initiatives.
