Ben has led a number of high profile and high value consultancy projects for public and private sector clients concerning environmental policy, with particular expertise in air quality, emissions, agriculture, water, climate change, chemicals and industrial pollution control policy. He has led a number of impact assessments and ex-post evaluations helping clients to develop robust and cost-effective policies. Clients include the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, GIZ, European Commission, European Environment Agency, European Chemicals Agency, national Government Departments and agencies, industry (individual companies and trade bodies) and NGOs.
