Begzod Djalilov

Begzod Djalilov is a Regional Cooperation Specialist in the Central and West Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He supports the programming and coordination of regional cooperation and integration (RCI) projects and programs, with a particular focus on the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) corridors, cross-border connectivity, and regional public goods across Central and West Asia. He also facilitates strategic dialogue and partnerships with governments, development partners, and the private sector, while helping integrate RCI priorities into ADB country programming and project pipelines by identifying cross-border dimensions, strengthening the rationale for regional cooperation, and aligning operations with ADB’s RCI agenda.

Mr. Djalilov holds a master’s degree in international and development economics from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (formerly FHTW Berlin), Germany, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with majors in finance and international marketing, from Pace University in New York, United States.
