Profile / Bio: 
Atonu Rabbani is an applied microeconomist with research interests in health, labor, and organization economics. He has worked extensively on several research areas aiming to understand how knowledge, awareness, perception, monitoring and incentive can motivate human decision making. He has widely published in both national and international peer reviewed journals including The Lancet and American Economic Review. Dr. Rabbani is currently a professor at the James P Grant School of Public Health at the BRAC University, where he is on leave from the Department of Economics at the University of Dhaka. He has studied economics at University of Chicago and University of Dhaka.
