Ashish Batham

Mr. Ashish Batham is an Under Secretary to the Government of India, with over 15 years of experience in various aspects of Policy making and implementation.

At Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, Mr. Batham is associated with the flagship Programme PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana (Rooftop Solar Scheme). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing key components of the scheme, including monitoring implementation progress across all 36 States and Union Territories, capacity-building initiatives, and Utility-Led Aggregation (ULA) models.
