, Agriculture Training Institute (ATI) Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Ms. Antonieta J. Arceo is the Division Chief of the Information Services Division of the Agricultural Training Institute of the Department of Agriculture. She was tasked to implement an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) based program called the electronic Extension or (e-Extension) Program for Agriculture and Fisheries where it offers e-Learning, provides farm and business advisory services through the Farmers Contact Center (FCC) and just recently launched the FilFarm as an avenue for the promotion of various agricultural products and farm tourism and learning sites in Northern Mindanao. Likewise, she’s the national coordinator for the implementation of the Farmers and Information Technology Services (FITS) Center in the local government units. She holds a Masters Degree on Development Management from the Development Academy of the Philippines, with highest honors. She’s a recipient of the Best Re-Entry Project for her work on “Maximizing the Services of the FCC through a Comprehensive Communication and Advocacy Plan.” She finished her Bachelor of Science in Development Communication degree from the University of the Philippines Los Banos.
