Gram Oorja provides sustainable and community-driven energy solutions in remote regions to fulfill electricity, cooking fuel and water needs. The company has implemented over 250 projects including solar micro-grids, solar pumps and biogas cooking solutions for tribal communities. A key feature of their work has been the sustainability of these projects, with local communities taking over the management, tariff collection duties and ownership of these projects.
