Anqian Huang

Anqian Huang is a Principal Financial Sector Specialist at the Asian Development Bank. He works on developing sustainable finance solutions across Asia and the Pacific region. He has collaborated with government agencies and public/private sector financial institutions and led numerous financial sector projects, including two $500 million financing facilities in India for renewable energy development. Prior to joining the Asian Development Bank, Anqian also worked for the International Finance Corporation in La Paz, Bolivia, as well as at the Wilson Center and the World Bank in Washington, D.C. Anqian holds a Master of Arts degree in International Economics with distinction from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Albright College.
