IT Specialist (Sourcing and Procurement), IT Department, ADB Profile / Bio Anna Lee has extensive experience in technology partnering across a wide range of industries, including international development, government, financial services, aviation, and the energy sector. Prior to joining the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Anna served as the chief contract negotiator for large-scale technology contracts for Australian government agencies and later as Chief of Staff at a start-up digital bank in Australia. At ADB, Anna manages six service lines within the Information Technology Department—Sourcing and Procurement, Vendor Management, Resource Management, IT Space Management, Service Improvement, and System Administration for the Digital Workforce and Vendor Services Division—under a unified team known as Vendor Management Services. Beyond her role in the ADB IT Department, Anna also serves as a Board Member of the ADB International Women’s Committee.
