Managing Director, Silva Group Corp Profile / Bio Anna Aiolupotea-Silva is the Managing Director of Silva Group Corp, American Samoa and the Procurement Advisor for Silva Group Limited, Samoa. Anna is a Pasefika business executive, civil engineer, and proud Samoan mother. A graduate of University of Auckland, she leads Silva Group Corporation in American Samoa and also serves Silva Group Limited in Samoa in advisory roles relating to Procurement and Engineering.She has played an active leadership role in the delivery and management of large-scale infrastructure developments that contribute to regional connectivity and economic growth across the two Samoas, including buildings, hospitals, schools, roads, energy, and civil infrastructure projects. Her work focuses on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and strengthening private sector participation in Pasefika infrastructure development and delivery. Anna is also a strong advocate for Women in Engineering and greater female participation and leadership within the construction industry across the Pacific.
