Amandeep Singh Virk

Amandeep Singh Virk is the Regional Coordinator for Public–Private Partnerships (PPP) in the Pacific and the Office of Markets Development and Public - Private Partnership (OMDP) at the Asian Development Bank.

Amandeep Singh Virk has over 26 years of experience in public-private partnerships across multiple geographies and sectors. His expertise covers PPP regulatory frameworks, project screening and prioritization, project preparation and feasibility studies, PPP structuring and bid documentation, procurement through to financial close, and contract management. He also has extensive experience in climate change mitigation and adaptation, capacity building, and institutional strengthening. An accredited PPP trainer, Amandeep is passionate about knowledge transfer and has been instrumental in developing various PPP tools to support governments in identifying, preparing, structuring, and managing PPP projects effectively.
