Co-Team Lead, ATO Profile / Bio Alvin serves as the Co-Team Lead of the Asian Transport Observatory (ATO). ATO aims at strengthening the knowledgebase on transport in Asia and the Pacific. Prior to this, he was a Senior Adviser and Director of Analysis and Impaact to the Urban Electric Mobility Initiative, a senior researcher for the Wuppertal Institute, and the sustainable transport program manager for Clean Air Asia.
