Profile / Bio

Mr. Alfredo Perdiguero is the Director of the Regional Cooperation and Operations Coordination Division in the Southeast Asia Department of Asian Development Bank. He has worked in Southeast Asia for the last 20 years and has broad exposure, deep knowledge and extensive work with ADB on regional cooperation and integration issues in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA), the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT), and the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS). Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Perdiguero was an economist in the European Union Delegation in South Africa. His career spans the private sector, the government and the academe.
