Adilbek Bagdatovich Aubakirov was born in 1984 in the North Kazakhstan region, in 2001-2006 and in 2009-2012 he studied at the North Kazakhstan State University named after Kozybayev and received qualifications of an engineer and a lawyer. He began his career in 2004 as the head of "Aubakirova M.K.", in 2006-2007 he worked as a specialist in "Sevkazaudit" LLP and as a manager in "Politrend Astana" LLP. Since 2008 and up to now he has been working in the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the North Kazakhstan region, since 2018 he has been the Head of the Department.
