His portfolio includes scaling clean energy technologies in the agri-fishery sector, deploying early warning systems to mitigate flood impacts, and advancing private sector-led technical and vocational education and training (TVET) initiatives. With over a decade of international development experience across North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, Aaron specializes in renewable energy, waste management, and workforce development. He has designed and implemented large-scale training programs for major private sector clients in the commercial construction and advanced manufacturing industries.
