In 2016, Dian embarked on her entrepreneurial odyssey, founding PT Tridi Oasis Group, a pioneering plastics recycling company based in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. In 2022, she branched out Tridi Oasis impact by setting up a new joint venture company with ALBA Group Asia, under the name of ALBA Tridi Plastics Recycling, delivering state-of-the art 36kta rPET food grade facility in Central Java, Indonesia.
