Profile / Bio:
Sarah is a Senior Procurement Specialist in the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department at ADB. She currently provides strategic procurement guidance and advice to the Agriculture, Food, Nature and Rural Development Sector Group for the Central West and East Asia regions.
Before joining ADB in 2021, she worked for 13 years in the procurement and legal divisions of the UN Secretariat Office in Geneva and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome. As a licensed lawyer, she also worked a couple years in a civil law firm in Montreal.
Sarah holds a Master’s in International Corporate and Commercial Law, a Bachelor’s in Law and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Relations.
