Mr. Billy Fairburn leads the management and development of BirdLife’sCommunities and Livelihoods work-stream. He supports the Regional Flyway Initiative as a technical expert in capacity needs assessment. Billy has a strong track record in capacity assessment, strategic planning, and organizational strengthening. He supports stakeholders in building capacity to deliver high impact, sustainable conservation across Africa and Asia. He helped develop various capacity assessment methodologies, for example, an online capacity assessment tool at www.capacityforconservation.org.
