Profile / Bio: 

Before FAO, Li He was working at the China Agricultural University as Associate Professor from the end of 2007 to the beginning of 2016. She has been working on water resources management, ecosystems, and biodiversity related works and projects. She initiated, developed and implements the Eco-friendly Water Management Program to support member countries on strategy and action plan formulation, knowledge and tools development, best practices collection and sharing, awareness and capacity building, project formulation and implementation for productive and healthy agriculture production system, as well as coping with ecosystem deterioration and biodiversity loss.
