Dwi Wahyuni Kartianingsih is the Director for Business Climate Development and International Cooperation, National Public Procurement Agency, Indonesia
She is in charge in formulating strategies, policies and guidelines regarding business climate and international cooperation in Government Procurement (GP), particularly related to participation of MSEs in domestic GP & non MSEs in international GP, sustainable procurement, development funding cooperation as well as international trade agreements.
Ms. Dwi is also the lead negotiator for Working Group on Government Procurement in several FTAs/CEPAs.
She pursued her master degree in economics and public policy from School of Public Policy and Management, Korea Development Institute (KDI), Seoul, Korea.
