Mr. Choi is the head of Procurement Training Planning Team in Public Procurement Service, Republic of Korea (PPS). He is currently in charge of planning procurement officials' capacity development and private sector employee's as well.
Since Mr. Choi joined PPS in 2005, he has worked various part of PPS such as e-Procurement Management Division, ICT Contract Division, Procurement Planning Division, and so on. For last year, as a director, he successfully led a task force for procuring LDS (Low Dead Space) syringes for COVID-19 vaccine and face masks throughout the nation against fighting coronavirus,
He holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Korea National Open University and master degree in International Business from Korea University.
