Rouselle Lavado

Rouselle F. Lavado is a Health Specialist in the Social Sector Division, Central and West Asia Department as of 31 May 2017.  Prior to joining ADB, she was a Health Economist at the World Bank, working as a Task Team Leader and team member for several health projects and analytical products in Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Bulgaria, and Russia.  She was also a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington and was in-charge of the research team that estimated expenditures by diseases and meta-analysis of household surveys and national health accounts.
