ADB Celebrates World Water Day 2017
This year's World Water Day Celebration in the Asian Development Bank looked more closely into the emerging issues surrounding water. It discussed the importance of flood mitigation in the face of climate change, forming water sensitive cities in the midst of rapid population growth, and water reforms for drought resiliency. It also shared the significance of water to business, and how the public, private sector, government, and nongovernment organizations can come together for collaborative actions that foster water stewardship.
