The Baguio City Flood Early Warning System Architecture -- "Offline" Setup covers the overall inception for the 2 phases of the FEWS development for Baguio City: the “offline” phase, which refers to all activities that will be carried out on project consulting firm Ramboll’s IT infrastructure, and the “online” phase which refers to the transfer of the systems to LGU’s IT infrastructure, expected to occur before the monsoon seasons in 2022. It also covers the plan and methodology established so far for the development of the system.
