ADB Senior Country Economist Declan Magee talks about the economic impacts of being included in the Financial Action Task Force's (FATF) black list or grey list. He recommends three ways to adopt FATF standards to strengthen governance and financial systems, and to exit the grey list. He was part of the ADB team who supported Mongolia's exit from the grey list within 12 months, a new standard in Asia and the Pacific.
