Cambodia has shown a robust economic growth for the past decade, around 7.5% real growth. In order to maintain this growth, Cambodia needs to strengthen its investment in infrastructure and other areas. The challenge is to beef up public investments; thus, government bonds are being issued to maintain a certain level of investment into the next decade.
