Upscaling Climate-Smart Agriculture and Paris Alignment Training

15 March 2023 to 18 March 2023

ADB has set a steep cumulative investment target of $100 billion by 2030 since 2019 and committed to align all its investments with the Paris Agreement by July 2023 for all sovereign investments and 85% of non-sovereign investments. This training aims to assist ADB project teams and DMC project offices in responding to these drastic challenges by learning relevant global best practices, reviewing planned ANR projects and increasing their climate investments, and developing innovative climate-smart agriculture investments that can set good examples for agribusiness industry to follow.

The event was held by invitation only to 10-15 ADB project teams consisting of ADB staff and DMC counterpart staff project directors/managers.
