Rio Jon Piter Silitonga

Rio Jon Piter Silitonga is a Senior Research Analyst at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), with extensive experience in energy efficiency policy, financing, and technology implementation across ASEAN. He previously managed the Japan-ASEAN Energy Efficiency Finance Mechanism Programme (2017–2019) and has worked with development and international partners on initiatives supporting ASEAN’s energy efficiency targets across buildings, transport, and industry. He has also authored publications on green buildings, energy management, ESCOs, energy efficiency finance, demand-side management, standards and labelling, and other energy efficiency best practices.
