Profile / Bio: 

Ms. Chang is currently the Director of International Cooperation Department of Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation (KICE) which she joined in 2002. Previously, she did a stint as a researcher at Centre of Educational Research and Innovation, OECD in Paris and worked as a consultant for various projects by UNESCO, Bangkok. She is currently active in global educational development projects in Asian countries including Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Mongolia. Her research interests include teacher training, collaborative action research, curriculum and textbook development, educational assessment, online learning material development, and education policy evaluation. She publishes her work periodically in the peer-reviewed and international journals. Ms. Chang obtained her Ph.D. in English Teacher Education from Manchester University, UK in 1996.
