Denni Purbasari graduated from the University of Gadjah Mada's Faculty of Economics. Denni obtained her master’s degree in policy economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign on a Fulbright scholarship. She obtained her Ph.D. in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
