Denzel Hankinson am the founder and CEO of a boutique consulting firm that provides infrastructure investors, policymakers and regulators with thoughtful analysis and advice, rooted firmly in principles of economics and finance.
Internationally, I work with multilateral lending banks including the World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank, and African Development Bank. In the US, I work on litigation and arbitrations involving utilities and infrastructure service providers. I have directed more than 100 projects in more than 70 countries over the course of my 20+ years career in consulting.
We aim to provide a level of quality and attentiveness that clients may not find at larger firms. Roughly two-thirds of our business is repeat or referral business because of the reliably high quality of our work, and our flexibility in meeting clients' needs in complex, often volatile policy environments.
