Mia Sebastian is a Deputy Executive Director at the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines. She leads the development of PPP projects and management of a revolving fund for hiring of consultants. Prior to her current role, she worked in finance and law in London and Manila. Mia holds an MBA degree from London Business School and degrees in Law and Business Economics from the University of the Philippines.
