International Infrastructure Support System (IISS) 31 March 2017 Philippines ADB's Pierre Sarrat presented the use and features of the International Infrastructure Support System (IISS) in this installment of the Urban SG Knowledge Sharing Session. IISS is an online, secure, multi-user project development tool to promote and facilitate high quality and efficient global project delivery, accessible to the public and private sector. It is accessible for free for all government agencies, and is supported by major Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs).
