Safiah Moore is an urban planner who brings experience in design and delivery of urban strategy and social infrastructure studies; capacity building processes; multi-sector stakeholder engagement and coordination; and multidisciplinary research. Safiah has over 12 years’ experience in the built environment industry in projects that consider the relationship between people, land use, infrastructure, economic benefits, social development and environmental outcomes. Her work has taken her across Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and Phillipines. Jos Timmerman, Senior Expert, Water and Climate, Waterframes Jos Timmerman has worked as a senior researcher/advisor for a research and advisory institute to the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, as senior policy advisor at the Directorate-General for Water at that Ministry and as senior researcher at Wageningen Environmental Research. His major expertise is in linking policy to science and in structuring processes in water management issues. He has worked on transboundary cooperation, disaster risk management, water quality issues, governance, monitoring and assessment, Nature-based Solutions, and adaptive water management.
