Patricia has over 15 years of experience in environmental assessment and management. Through her international work, she has supported multilateral development agencies, governments and private sector clients in conducting environmental due diligence reviews and evaluation of projects and operations. She has also done extensive work in monitoring environmental performance, developing screening and evidence-based environmental management solutions (in often data-poor contexts), supporting compliance with international sustainability standards and summarizing and synthesizing large volumes of data and information into actionable knowledge. She supports ADB in TA 9461 Smart Infrastructure Planning and Design in Nepal, where she focused on analyzing cumulative impacts on wildlife associated with the upgrading of the Narayanghat-Hetauda-Pathlaiya (NHP) road.
