Mr. Paroche Hutachareon is the Senior Expert on Bond Market Development at the Public Debt Management Office (PDMO), Ministry of Finance, Thailand.
He has been overseeing Thailand PDMO’s debt management strategies and bond issuance plans to support government’s fiscal policies and infrastructure investment.
Prior to re-joining the Ministry of Finance, he worked at the Secretariat of the Prime Minister for 3 years mainly in areas related to the economic and international relations policies. He was employed as an Independent Director and Audit Committee of KrungThai Card Company Limited and Independent Director on the Board of Directors at Nok Airlines Public Company Limited.
He holds a Bachelor degree (B.Sc) in Economics from the University College, London and a Master’s degree (M.Comm) with specialization in Economics from the University of Melbourne.
